Custom Cover for Balcony Solar Power Storage, Inverter & Battery Storage

Storage and inverter systems for balcony solar power plants differ significantly in design and dimensions. The custom-made UNICOVR protective cover is intended for the protected storage of suitable, switched-off devices and is manufactured to fit your specific width, depth, and height.

Custom-Made Cubic Protective Cover

For rectangular housings, we use the proven cubic shape with width (W), depth (D), and height (H). It is suitable for individual storage units, inverters, or integrated systems, provided that the manufacturer's specifications allow for a cover in the respective state. Connections, cables, wall brackets, and required clearances must be taken into account when measuring.

Waterproof and UV-Resistant Exterior Material

The cover is made of 100% polyester with a triple PU coating and approx. 240 g/m². The material is waterproof, UV-resistant, and tear-resistant. It can protect a suitable, non-operational system from external rain, dust, pollen, and dirt.

Optional Features for Individual Assembly

Eyelets, drawstrings, zippers, handles, or ventilation openings are possible depending on the configuration. Cut-outs or special access points should be coordinated before production. The aforementioned features are not automatically included in the scope of delivery.

Important Safety and Manufacturer Instructions

Electrical storage units, batteries, and inverters may only be covered if the respective manufacturer expressly permits it. The cover must never block necessary cooling, ventilation, drainage, or safety openings and must not be used during operation or charging unless expressly approved for this purpose. Prescribed minimum clearances and fire safety instructions must be strictly observed. The cover does not replace an approved protective housing.
